Customer satisfaction is my number one priority; therefore, to ensure I always exceed your expectations, I offer the following Quality Assurance Guarantee in Customer Satisfaction.

Exchange and Refund Policy

Within two months (60) days of product purchase and at no additional cost to you, an item may be returned for exchange or refund. Since I keep a record of your order information, your order receipt is not necessary to return for exchange or refund. The item must be returned in new condition. If an item is returned in exchange for fine silver jewellery of greater value, the difference and applicable sales tax are required. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Lifetime Replacement Policy

An item may be returned for replacement due to a manufacturer's defect and at no additional cost to you. Since I keep a record of your order information, your order receipt is not necessary to return for exchange or refund. A returned piece will be replaced with the same item. If the item is not available, the customer may choose another item(s) of equal or greater value. If an item(s) of greater value is selected, the retail difference and applicable sales tax are required.

The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, Safety Chains, Watch Bands, Watch Crystals, and Watch Batteries. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Slight irregularities and variations in silversmith work and leather or in natural stone colors and inclusions are characteristic of the uniqueness and individual hand-craftmanship of the product and should not be considered as defective.

An additional service I provide is for customers who have not purchased from me and wish to return an item due to manufacturer's defect, I will service them by handling and processing their item under the terms of the Lifetime Replacement Policy.
